Art Class

I'm off to my watercolor class today. I spent yesterday sewing. I have been somewhat obsessed with making tote bags. I am not sure why as I have more than enough but it's just sorta mindless and fun. I am also working on one of my peony studies. The first one was really bad. I nailed the stamens but every thing else was not good. The second version was much better. I am going to plug ahead with it but I am still considering it a study for a larger version. Working out the bugs ahead of time. I promised Joe that I would do a large watercolor for his office as a Fathers Day gift. I will not get it done in time...this Sunday. He does not want flowers...so this pushes me out of my comfort zone. I am thinking of doing an old car. I think it would be a great challenge for me. Got to pick the right old car. Guess I will have to vet the cars before committing.
